BENEFITS OF THE ITM
ITMs also add a video terminal to the usual ATM architecture. That may not seem like much, but it does enable a few benefits that ATMs and smartphones can’t offer.
- ID verification is a little easier through an ITM. If your debit card gets lost or stolen, the teller can verify your identity with a driver’s license or other form of ID.
- Customarily, ATMs are only equipped to dispense large bills. However, ITMs can offer bills of any denomination and they can dispense change.
- ITMs provide the conveniences and human touch of an actual teller. That opens up a lot of potential banking services that you couldn’t otherwise get from an ATM.

Tap the screen and - presto! - you'll see a teller who can also see you. Don’t feel like talking? No problem. You can also communicate through on-screen text messaging. ITM services are available at our Toone, Humboldt, Henderson East, and Bolivar Downtown locations. Hours of operation are from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

What is an ITM?
An Interactive Teller Machine provides the functionality of an ATM with the convenience of access to a LIVE Teller.
How does an ITM work?
When you’re ready to use the ITM, simply touch the screen to be connected directly to one of our Tellers. You will be asked to scan your identification and a digital signature will authorize your transaction requests.
What type of transactions can be conducted at the ITM?
Checking and savings deposits, checking and savings withdrawals, balance inquiries, account transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and so much more.
Is there a delay in transactions made at the ITM?
No. Your transaction will be updated just as timely as it is when you come inside the bank.
Can I make a withdrawal with my Debit card?
Yes. Simply insert your card and follow the prompts on the ITM screen.
How can I cash a check at the ITM?
Get started by inserting the check into the deposit slot when your Teller is ready. After you see the image of the check on the screen, choose to cash it. You will receive the exact amount of the check, including change.
Can I use the ITM without my debit card? How does that work?
You can use your driver’s license for identification at the ITM.
How can I make a loan payment at the ITM?
Simply use cash, a check, or make a transfer from your Centennial Bank account.
Why are you moving to these machines?
ITMs open up a lot of new and different opportunities for our customers. With the addition of this new technology, we can provide faster and more convenient service with extended hours of operation.
Are these machines replacing people?
No, these machines are not replacing any of our current Tellers or staff. We are hiring additional staff to fill openings created by the addition of this department.
