Get Started

Once you have downloaded our mobile banking app, follow these instructions: 

  • Enroll in mobile deposit
  • Allow 2 to 3 business days for your request to be processed
  • You will receive a notification letter of approval or denial via mail.  To be approved for this service, the following criteria will be considered:
    • Banking relationship with Centennial Bank for at least ninety (90) days
    • No more than one (1) Returned Deposit Item within the last ninety (90) days
    • Account must maintain a positive balance during the past ninety (90) day period
    • Customer must be currently enrolled in Centennial Bank’s Online Banking product
  • Once enrollment has been approved, use your online banking username and password to log in to the mobile banking app
  • Simply tap deposit to deposit your check(s) and follow the prompts

Important Deposit Requirements:

  • Endorsement – All checks MUST have the following information written on the back:
    • Mobile deposit box checked or "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT”
    • Account number
    • Depositor signature
    • Centennial Bank
  • If check is not properly endorsed IT WILL BE REJECTED.
  • Please make sure that the image of the check is clear and all information is readable — place check on dark surface and in a well-lit area with all edges of the check within the viewing area
  • You will be notified by e-mail when the mobile deposit is accepted or rejected.  If you do not receive an e-mail or have any questions about the transaction, please contact the Operations Department at (731) 669-3900
  • Store deposited check in a secure place.  Do not destroy the check until after your deposit has been processed; Centennial Bank may ask you to resubmit or provide original check if there is an issue with the deposit
